FAQ
What is your returns policy? You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to send an item back. If the return is simply a change of mind, return postage is at your own cost. If something arrives faulty or we've sent the wrong item, we'll cover the postage for you.
How do I return something? Email us at info@wilsonandcolondon.com and we'll send you a returns reference along with instructions on where to send your parcel. As above, postage is on us if the fault is ours — otherwise it's covered by the customer.
How long does a refund take? Once your return lands with us, allow up to 5 working days for your refund to show back on your card or account.
Do you charge for delivery? No — all UK orders ship free, no minimum spend required.
Do you deliver outside the UK? Not at the moment — we currently only ship within the UK, though we hope to change that down the line.
Can I track my order? Yes. As soon as your order leaves us, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.
What payment methods can I use? We accept:
